Unique Group Inc. ("NeoLinQ", "we", "us", "our") operates the NeoLinQ encrypted messaging platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.
NeoLinQ is designed with privacy as the core principle. Our end-to-end encryption means we technically cannot access the content of your messages even if required to do so.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use the limited information we collect solely to:
- Verify and activate your subscription
- Deliver activation codes if email is provided
- Bind your account to your device for security
- Process subscription payments
- Respond to support requests
- Detect and prevent abuse or fraud
We do not use your information for advertising, marketing, or sale to third parties.
4. End-to-End Encryption
All messages sent through NeoLinQ are protected by end-to-end encryption using AES-256. This means:
- Messages are encrypted on your device before transmission
- Only the intended recipient can decrypt messages
- NeoLinQ servers relay encrypted data but cannot read it
- No message content is stored on our servers
- Even if compelled by law enforcement, we cannot provide message content
Voice and video calls are protected by DTLS-SRTP encryption. Call content is never recorded or stored.
5. Data Retention
We retain minimal data for the duration of your subscription:
- Account data (LiNQ ID, activation code, plan) — deleted upon account termination
- Message metadata — not retained (zero logs policy)
- Call logs — not retained
- Payment records — retained as required by financial regulations
Upon subscription expiry or account deletion, all account data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except:
- Payment Processors: Stripe and NOWPayments process payments. They are subject to their own privacy policies.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law. However, due to end-to-end encryption, message content is inaccessible even to us.
7. Media Sanitization
All photos and videos shared through NeoLinQ are automatically processed by our Media Sanitizer, which strips all metadata including:
- GPS location coordinates
- Device model and manufacturer
- Date and time stamps
- Camera settings
- Software version information
Media files are automatically deleted from our servers after 72 hours.
8. Device Security
Your NeoLinQ account is cryptographically bound to your device. Device binding information (device ID) is stored to prevent unauthorized access from other devices. This information is used solely for security verification.
9. iOS Screenshot Notice
Apple's iOS platform does not permit applications to block screenshots. NeoLinQ complies with all Apple platform guidelines. On iOS devices, users are responsible for ensuring their screen content is not captured by unauthorized parties. Android devices support screenshot blocking through our security settings.
10. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Correct inaccurate information
- Data portability (export your account data)

11. Children's Privacy

NeoLinQ is operated from Canada. By using the Service, you consent to your information being processed in Canada in accordance with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
