Terms of Service

Plain English Summary: NeoLinQ provides encrypted communication services. You must use the service lawfully, keep your credentials secure, and respect other users. We provide strong privacy and security but cannot be responsible for how you use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NeoLinQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Unique Group Inc. ("NeoLinQ", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the NeoLinQ platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use NeoLinQ. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account & Activation

4.1 Activation Codes

Access to NeoLinQ requires a valid activation code purchased through our payment portal. Activation codes are:

Your LiNQ ID is a unique 9-digit identifier assigned to your account. It is permanent and tied to your subscription. Reserved LiNQ IDs (888-888-888, 123-456-789, 000-000-000) are system-reserved and cannot be assigned to regular users.

4.3 Security Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN, 12-word recovery keyphrase, and activation code. NeoLinQ cannot recover lost PINs or keyphrases.

6. Subscription & Payment

6.1 Plans

NeoLinQ offers the following subscription plans: Free Trial (7 days), Basic ($9.99/month), Pro ($19.99/month), and Annual Pro ($149/first year). Prices are in USD.

6.2 Payment

Payment is accepted via credit/debit card and CoinTecha (CTA) cryptocurrency. All payments are processed securely through Stripe or NOWPayments.

6.3 Refunds

Due to the nature of digital security services and activation codes, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an activation code has been used. Unused codes may be eligible for refund within 24 hours of purchase.

6.4 Renewal

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must purchase a new subscription before expiry to maintain access.

7. Privacy & Encryption

NeoLinQ uses end-to-end encryption for all messages. We do not have access to the content of your communications. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

8. Security Features

Total Wipeout™ and Terminate™ are irreversible features. Once activated, deleted data cannot be recovered by NeoLinQ or any third party. Use these features with extreme caution.

Ghost Mode™ is provided as a personal security feature. NeoLinQ is not responsible for any consequences arising from its use.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. NEOLINQ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WHILE WE IMPLEMENT STRONG ENCRYPTION AND SECURITY MEASURES, NO SYSTEM IS 100% SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEOLINQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice and without refund.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support at support@neolinq.pro.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Canada.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
